What skills do I need?
We are looking for people that have the energy and motivation to create a strongnetwork of Wooden Bakery outlets in their selected territory. This will be in accordance
which will be discussed and agreed with the Franchisor in order to maximize the Wooden
Bakery potential. You must be keen to run your own business, manage your own
employees, focus on success and be prepared to put in the necessary time to make it
happen. You must also have a genuine interest in the products we provide.
It is not necessary for you to have all the skills to operate the Area Development
Franchise, as you will be provided with the necessary knowledge during training.
