Beirut, October 29: In line with the motto Offer More and Deliver Better, Wooden Bakery consolidates its commitment to the community yet again. The leading provider of high quality freshly baked bread sponsored the ‘Camp National Pionnère”, an event that took place on August 22nd and 23rd, organized by the “Les Scouts du Liban”.   The event consisted of developing a 500 m trail in Tannourine’s reserve and erecting signs that detail the forest’s fauna and flora, creating an ecological park that aims to promote the national heritage of the area, a playground for the local kids that aims at raising environmental awareness through an edutaining program, and a museum.   The event also entailed cleaning the river and fixing the church’s road and installing several recycling bins along the path. This sponsorship is one of many endeavors that Wooden Bakery has undertaken to help bring positive change into the community and the country as a whole.
